By accessing or using the Software, you ("User" or "you") agree to abide by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using the Software.

1. Use of Software:

  • The Software is intended for use by educational institutions, teachers, students, parents, and administrators ("Users") for managing school-related activities and facilitating communication.
  • Users must be authorized representatives of the educational institution or individuals granted access by such institutions.

2. User Accounts:

  • Users must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and restricting access to their account.

3. Privacy:

  • Company's Privacy Policy outlines how user data is collected, used, and protected. By using the Software, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

4. Data Ownership and Usage:

  • Users retain ownership of their data, including but not limited to student records, attendance data, communication history, and content uploaded.
  • The Company may collect usage data to improve the Software's functionality and user experience.

5. Content Guidelines:

  • Users are solely responsible for the content they upload, share, or communicate through the Software.
  • Users agree not to upload or share inappropriate, offensive, or copyrighted content.

6. Intellectual Property:

  • The Software and its components are protected by intellectual property rights and remain the property of the Company.

7. Availability and Support:

  • The Company strives to provide uninterrupted access to the Software but does not guarantee continuous availability.
  • Technical support is provided in accordance with the Company's support policies.

8. Termination:

  • The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate a User's account if there is a violation of these terms or if the Company believes it is necessary to protect its interests.

9. Modifications:

  • The Company reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue the Software without prior notice.

10. Limitation of Liability:

  • The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Software.

11. Governing Law:

  • This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles.

12. Entire Agreement:
